B2B Trade

Trade pricing is available to registered customers, is intended for commercial use and is applied on a tiered basis according to order value.

To access trade pricing, create an account via the Trade (B2B) menu. Pricing is applied automatically when logged in.

The following arrangements apply from 1 May 2026.

All orders must be placed through the Lyrebird Music website.

• Orders below €200 receive a small order discount of 16.5%
• Orders from €200 to €399 receive a medium order discount of 25%
• Orders of €400 or more receive a trade discount of 33%
• Discounts are applied automatically when logged in

For customers within the EU, VAT is applied unless a valid VAT number is provided and verified at checkout, in which case the supply may be zero-rated in accordance with applicable regulations
Orders are processed automatically, ensuring efficient handling and dispatch

Payment may be made by credit or debit card. Bank transfer is available at checkout for registered trade customers

Trade pricing is intended for commercial customers. All orders are subject to review and may be cancelled or adjusted where necessary. Where an order is placed inappropriately, an administrative charge may be applied to cover processing and handling.
